Information on where to get mis-matched shoes:
Subject Mis Matched shoes
From LJ
Recently Belk stores have allowed card holders to purchase mis-matched shoes. Not many of the sales people and even some managers know about this policy but I have been successful for the last 6 months with shoe purchases.
It is certainly worth asking about considering the price of shoes! I have to purchase a 5.5 for right foot and a 7.5 left foot.

National Odd Shoe Exchanges matches folks with mis-matched feet with others who have the opposite size. There is a fee. When I have to buy two pair, I donate the unused pair to them for a tax deduction.
Also, in the East, Nordstrom's will sell you a mis-matched pair at the cost of one pair.

Here's one link:

and Nordstroms has a program that will provide mis-matched pairs if your size difference is at least some minimum amount.. as I recall a 1-1/2 size difference between feet.

Thought I would pass on this bit of information. For those of us who wear two different sizes, Maryland Square is a great place to buy them. They have many styles/ sizes in stock. The brands can be viewed on line at http://MarylandSquare.com.
To order call 1-800-274-7196 and let them know you wear two different sizes. The first pair is at the regular price and the second is 50% off. The prices are reasonable, and shipping is often free.

May I also suggest ... "oneshoetwoshoe.net" ... you may order one shoe for each foot in any size. Shipping is often free if the order is large enough (more than several pair, I believe). Howard is an easy man to do business with, and very willing to please and work with the customer.
